Qualifications

  • Previous valet, attendant, and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license is required at all times.
  • Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Accurately and promptly process valet tickets.
  • Operate, park, and retrieve guests’ vehicles safely.
  • Perform inventory of valet-parked vehicles.
  • Cooperate with team members to provide excellent service.

Pay Rate: $16.35 / hour or $17.35 / hour for overnight valets with regular bonus opportunities

Weekly Schedule:

  • Part-time: 1st and 2nd shift
  • Various schedules available

Key Responsibilities of Valets:

  • Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner
  • Accurately and promptly process valet tickets
  • Operate, park, and retrieve guests’ vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform inventory of valet-parked vehicles and available spaces
  • Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service
  • Report any damage to vehicles or property immediately
  • Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Valets:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous valet, attendant, and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license is required at all times
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) in the English language
