Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting seeks a Valet Attendant to provide courteous guest service, park and retrieve vehicles efficiently, and assist residents and team members. The role includes greeting guests, handling packages, and maintaining a clean, secure valet area.

The position is full-time or part-time with hours Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; prior valet experience and a valid Florida driver's license required; strong English communication and a professional attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior valet experience is required or preferred.
• Must be fluent in English with professional communication.
• Ability to assist residents and team members as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Resident Service Coordinator-level services, including handling inquiries and directing association-related matters to management.
• Greet guests as vehicles approach the entry and park/retrieve vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain the valet area, keys, and log books in an orderly fashion.
• Direct contractors and vendors to designated parking spaces and coordinate with security.
• Process packages and deliveries per community procedures and notify residents promptly.
• Maintain front area cleanliness and respond to maintenance items as needed.
• Follow all safety, policy, and emergency procedures in coordination with management.
