Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking a Valet Ramp Captain to ensure safety and efficiency for guest vehicles while delivering exceptional service. You will lead Valet staff, respond quickly to guest requests, and support the Guest Service Manager in daily operations.

The role requires a minimum of 2+ years in a management position, valet experience, and a valid US driver’s license. You will work with Crescendo programs and uphold company standards across locations in the Washington, DC

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with business basics.
• Valet parking experience recommended.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP) helpful.
• Experience with customer service required.
• Valid US Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead valet staff and deliver strong customer service to guests and clients.
• Greet guests professionally on arrival and departure.
• Monitor and maintain efficient traffic flow in valet area.
• Supervise operations in absence of the Guest Service Manager.
• Retrieve and park vehicles carefully and securely.
• Enforce appearance and attendance standards per company policies.
• Follow safety, security, and site procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and related equipment.
