Main duties & responsibilities:

• Valet Operations Support: Assist with guest greeting, escorting to reception, parking, and managing arrivals/departures, following policies and conduct.
• Reception and Concierge Assistance: Support by relaying guest requests and information.
• Guest Request Assistance: Aid guests with their requests promptly and courteously under senior staff guidance.
• Vehicle Handling: Support safe handling of guest vehicles as directed.
• Arrival and Departure Assistance: Help with luggage and provide property information.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep valet area and entrance tidy.

• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language is preferred.
• Previous experience in 5-star hotels in similar roles.
• Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Infor HMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Passion for service and professional growth ambition.

Belmond and you:

• Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, Valet.
• Start: June 2025; End: November 2025, with potential for ongoing seasons and career development.
• Monthly gross salary as per CCNL, with increases based on seniority and skills, plus separate payslips for 13th, 14th month, and TFR.
