SELIG PARKING is seeking a Valet Parking Manager to lead valet operations at Conrad Orlando in Orlando, FL. You will supervise a team, manage traffic flow, and ensure guest service excellence while controlling costs and partnering with hotel leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of valet, parking, transportation, hospitality, or guest service experience.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, subject to company and insurance requirements.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, evenings, overnight shifts.
  • Forbes Travel training desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily valet operations, including vehicle intake, parking, retrieval, staging, key control, and driveway traffic flow.
  • Lead, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate all team members in order to ensure consistent service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and congestion‑free porte cochere, entrance, and valet parking area during peak arrival and departure periods.
  • Monitor staffing levels based on hotel occupancy, group arrivals, events, restaurant volume, and forecasted demand.
  • Ensure all vehicles are handled safely and responsibly in accordance with company policies and hotel expectations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, service delays, vehicle damage claims, lost items, and escalated situations.
  • Conduct shift briefings to communicate hotel occupancy, VIP arrivals, events, service expectations, safety reminders, and operational updates.
  • Maintain accurate records for tickets, keys, vehicle locations, revenue, validations, incidents, claims, and employee performance documentation.
  • Partner with hotel departments to support guest arrivals, departures, luggage assistance, traffic coordination, group movements, and special events.
  • Inspect equipment to include but not be limited to radios, key cabinets, uniforms, and valet supplies to ensure the operation is prepared and professional at all times.
  • Promote a culture of hospitality, accountability, teamwork, urgency, and attention to detail.

Valet Parking Manager Summary

The Valet Parking Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all valet parking operations at a high‑volume hotel. This position ensures a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests while maintaining safe, efficient, and professional vehicle handling standards. The Valet Parking Manager will supervise a team including an assistant manager, ops supervisors, cashiers, and valet attendants. He will also be expected to manage traffic flow, support guest service excellence, control operational costs, and partner closely with hotel leadership, front office, event teams, and security in order to meet daily business demands.
