Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate traffic flow.
• Communicate valet procedure, information and directions clearly to guests.
• Answer basic customer and team inquiries.
• Monitor parking and securely store vehicles.
• Interact with guests in a friendly manner.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Collect and secure guest keys.
• Predict and communicate peak traffic and lot issues.
• Identify and arrange for extra support during extended wait times.
• Accurately tally and split the tip pool.
• Receive and process a variety of valet payments.
• Reconcile and report daily revenue.
• Project currency and coin requirements and re-order as necessary.
• Operate, park and retrieve vehicles safely per policies and laws.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods.
• Keep the work area clean.
