Position Details

Position: Valet Parking Attendant (Special Events)
Location: City Winery
Shifts: Flexible availability between 11am - 11pm

Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experiences by providing excellent, 5-star service to clients and customers.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated valet areas.
• Assist guests with luggage and other items to enhance arrival and departure experiences.
• Monitor parking and drive-up areas to keep vehicle flow organized, including barricades, directing traffic, and calling cabs as needed.
• Assist guests, customers, and staff with inquiries about parking, directions, amenities, and attractions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

This role requires physical activities such as running, standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds frequently, 75 pounds occasionally), pushing, pulling (up to 100 pounds), and other physical tasks including climbing stairs and bending. Ability to drive manual transmission is preferred but not required.
