Job Description:

The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, polite, responsible, and professional. Must work well under pressure, enjoy servicing people, and have strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal). Physical activities such as running, lifting, and bending are required. Valid driver’s license is necessary; ability to drive a manual transmission is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent, 5-star customer service
• Safely parking and retrieving vehicles
• Assisting with luggage and other items
• Monitoring the parking area and directing traffic
• Answering general inquiries about parking, location, and amenities
• Performing other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

This role requires physical activity such as running, standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds frequently, 75 pounds occasionally), pushing, pulling, and other physical tasks. Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds over distances is also necessary.
