Job summary

The Post Oak in Las Vegas is seeking a Valet Attendant to park and retrieve guest vehicles while delivering high-level customer service aligned with the brand’s KEEP values. The role includes assisting guests with luggage, opening car doors, and answering hotel or city inquiries.

You will need to drive both automatic and manual vehicles, maintain a clean work area, and coordinate with Bell & Door staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Qualifications

• Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Previous valet parking experience preferred.
• Must possess basic mathematical skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees and management in English.
• Able to complete standard forms and reports.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Valet Parking Department.
• Provide courteous, sincere and enthusiastic service to guests and patrons.
• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles with care and safety.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Assist Bell & Door staff as needed.
• Write claim tickets for parked vehicles per rules.
• Control traffic and monitor driveway lanes to optimize parking operations.
• Open and close car doors for guests.
• Assist guests with loading or unloading luggage.
• Answer inquiries about the hotel and city facilities.
• Operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Load/unload luggage and transport to the front door.
• Retrieve items from guests' vehicles when needed.
