Pay Range

$12.75/hr (Plus Tips)

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions

Responsibilities

• Coordinate traffic flow
• Communicate valet procedures, information, and directions clearly with guests
• Respond appropriately to customer and team member inquiries
• Monitor illegal parking and store vehicles accordingly
• Interact with guests in a friendly manner
• Assist guests with loading and unloading
• Collect and secure guest keys
• Predict and communicate traffic peaks and lot issues
• Arrange for extra support during extended wait times
• Accurately tally and split tips
• Handle valet payments and reconcile daily revenue
• Operate, park, and retrieve vehicles safely, obeying traffic laws and policies
• Work outdoors in all climates for extended periods
• Keep the work area clean
