Job summary

HHM Hotels in Philadelphia is seeking a friendly Valet Parker to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure efficient, courteous service in line with EarthView sustainability standards. You will stand and walk for extended periods, assist guests with luggage, and follow safety procedures while maintaining a polished appearance and a safe, welcoming driveway experience.

Prior customer-service experience is a plus; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous related experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Park guest vehicles and retrieve them in a timely and courteous manner using claim tickets.
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure and assist with luggage as needed.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and maintain safety practices.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Focus

• Park guest vehicles and retrieve valet-parked guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner; use claim tickets to ensure appropriate delivery of vehicles.
• Grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages, luggage or boxes up to 75 lbs. from cars, buses and vans, placing packages and luggage onto baggage carts or in a secure area for retrieval by bell staff.
• Read luggage tags and provide claim tickets to ensure appropriate delivery.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous related experience a plus.
