This is a full-time role requiring flexibility for weekends, holidays, and nights. A clean driving history and strong guest service skills are essential to ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

We are seeking a Valet Parkerto join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Valet will be responsible for driving, parking and retrieving guest/visitor vehicles as they arrive and depart from the hotel, courteously, safely and efficiently according to the hotel's standards. Additional responsibilities may include, but not limited to, welcoming guests and giving a fond farewell, assisting with guests' luggage, providing directions and any other guest related assistance.

We have a Full-Time position available.

This role is a flexible position (AM / PM), and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Florida driver’s license with clear driving record.
• Excellent driving record including zero moving violations within the past 6 months.
• Experience driving all vehicle types.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, visitors, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
• Knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
• Prior training in guest relations.
• Responsible, safe and conscientious driver.
• Ability to understand guest inquiries and provide responses.
• Ability to use a radio/beeper.
• Ability to focus on guests' needs.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments.
• Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly under all driving conditions.
• Ability to exert physical effort in placing and removing luggage into/out of a vehicle.
