Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or related setting.
• Proven experience in handling and parking vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, following procedures and traffic laws.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including keys and vehicle information.
• Assist guests with strollers and other needs.
• Keep valet area clean and report maintenance issues.
• Direct traffic to minimize congestion and ensure safety.
• Follow safety regulations and dress code; use safety equipment.
• Communicate effectively with staff and security personnel.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas, following established procedures and traffic laws.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including keys and vehicle information.
• Assist guests with strollers etc...
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area, including sweeping, emptying trash receptacles, and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Monitor traffic flow and direct vehicles efficiently to minimize congestion.
