Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• Work Experience: One month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Read and write standard English; understand basic arithmetic and time concepts; operate a manual transmission; parallel parking if required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients.
• Greet guests and use last names when interacting; practice Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; share information about facilities and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and collect claim checks; manage ticket and vehicle information.
• Perform all job functions with attention to accuracy and efficiency, totaling 100% of duties.
