Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality, assist guests with parking and luggage, and ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences. You will greet guests professionally, manage vehicle flow, and support guests with directions and local information.

The role emphasizes attentive service, safety, and accurate ticketing, with opportunities to work a structured Monday–Friday schedule at our Louisville location. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicant's state or within commuting distance.
• One month related experience and/or training; or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills include reading/writing English, basic arithmetic, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients.
• Greet guests within five feet with a professional attitude and use guests' last names.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage, and open doors for guests.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, issue and collect claim checks and keys.
• Complete and record ticket information, guest folios, and revenue as required by Towne Park.
