Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC is seeking an Attendant - Valet to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide doorman and bellman services in a courteous, professional manner.

Candidates must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; previous valet or customer service experience preferred. This on-site role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean DMV report.
• Previous valet or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
• Park and retrieve vehicles as requested by customers or Dispatch - Valet.
• Provide doorman/curb services by greeting guests and assisting with luggage.
• Provide bellman services by escorting guests and delivering luggage to rooms.
