Job summary

SP+ Corporation in Miami is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests, assist with directions, and provide excellent customer service. You will inform guests about valet services, issue claim checks, and help keep traffic flow smooth at the entrance. A neat appearance, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in the U.S. Weekend and swing shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to problems or complaints.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet valet guests and assist, including opening doors and guiding customers.
• Inform guests of rates and services and issue claim checks.
• Inspect arriving vehicles in a professional, courteous manner.
• Arrive on time and wear a neat uniform.
• Monitor entrance for suspicious activity and report incidents.
• Communicate with drivers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Keep work area clean and relocate vehicles to keep traffic lanes clear.
