Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking Valet drivers in Appleton, WI. You will interact with customers, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure a safe, smooth experience for guests.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, explaining rates, and following traffic laws while working with a supportive team. Availability for second/third shifts and weekends is preferred, and experience with manual transmission is a plus.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (provide documentation if hired).
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to problems.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, and communicating proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
• Know the area’s major streets and landmarks for a seamless experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in full uniform for the entire shift and assist management as needed.
