Job summary

SP+ in Appleton, WI is hiring safe, customer-friendly Valet drivers to help deliver seamless parking experiences.

You will inspect vehicles, explain rates, follow traffic laws, and assist the team with daily operations. Eligible employees may receive benefits and tips.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus, and availability for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Willingness to work special shifts including weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve customer questions.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our promise by resolving client requests and concerns promptly.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets and landmarks to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a clean uniform and be on time for shifts.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
