Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers professionally.
• Capability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. with valid docs.
• Ability to communicate and respond to customers calmly.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently and proactively.
• Inspect vehicles before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know area streets and landmarks for seamless service.
• Wear clean uniform, be on time, and ready to work.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
