Valet Driver / Porter / Parts Driver


Capital Chevrolet of Shallotte is seeking a dependable and customer-focusedValet Driver / Porter / Parts Driverto support our Service Department. This individual will be responsible for moving vehicles on and off the lot, assisting with customer vehicle valet, managing occasional deliveries, and providing general support to ensure smooth daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your contributions directly enhance the customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Greet customers courteously and assist with vehicle valet service.
  • Move vehicles around the dealership lot to maintain an organized flow of traffic.
  • Assist with check-in/check-out process for service appointments.
  • Deliver and pick up vehicles from vendors, sublet repair facilities, or customer locations as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, parking areas, and vehicle inventory.
  • Assist with vehicle fueling, battery jumps, tire inflation, and other basic needs.
  • Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What we’re looking for:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Schedule:
Full-time. Must be available to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays.
