Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring friendly valet drivers in Philadelphia to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will interact with customers, help ensure a smooth flow of traffic, and maintain a clean, professional appearance according to company standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, explaining rates, following safety rules, reporting incidents, and assisting management as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns promptly and communicate proactively.
• Inspect vehicles before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Follow traffic laws and drive safely.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks for a seamless experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
