Job summary

SP+ is seeking friendly Valet drivers in Houston to provide safe, courteous service for a premier parking experience. You will interact with customers, park and retrieve vehicles, and help ensure a smooth, efficient operation across shifts.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to drive manual transmission is a plus, and eligibility to work in the U.S. The role offers tips in addition to hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a manual transmission is a plus.
• Willingness to work special shifts including nights and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. provided if hired.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and coworkers and respond professionally to issues.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic currency math and read memos.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes on shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for clients through resolving requests and concerns efficiently.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and driving safety.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know area streets, landmarks, and freeways for seamless travel.
• Wear clean uniform, arrive on time, and stay in uniform during shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
