Job summary

SP+ is seeking a dependable Valet Driver for the JW Marriott Minneapolis location. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, interact with guests, and communicate clearly with clients. Compensation starts at $16–$17.50 per hour, with eligibility for tips in addition to the hourly rate.

The role offers both full-time and part-time weekend shifts, requiring a neat uniform and punctuality. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, the ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus, and

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
• Strong communication and basic math skills for handling currency and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients through resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, proactively communicating with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure a seamless transport experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the shift duration.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
