Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Valet Driver in Chicago to deliver exceptional customer service while safely parking and retrieving vehicles. The role emphasizes professional interaction with clients, adherence to traffic laws, and strong teamwork.

Schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with pay around $18/hour plus tips. Benefits include comprehensive plans; tips may supplement base pay for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability for second/third shifts and weekends as needed.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. with valid documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns quickly and proactively.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to management.
• Know local streets, landmarks, and freeways for a seamless experience.
• Arrive on time in a clean uniform for every shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
