Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Valet Driver in Grand Rapids. Earn $16 per hour plus tips, with a $500 sign-on bonus paid over three months. Shifts include early morning and late evening slots.

You will greet customers, inspect vehicles, explain rates, and follow safety protocols while providing a courteous, professional experience. Eligible referrals offer a $300 bonus; Uniforms are required and punctual attendance is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid state driver’s license and reliable driving record.
• Must be able to safely drive a manual transmission (preferred).
• Ability to work varied shifts including early mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests promptly and communicating proactively.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking and note any findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers and ensure a seamless experience.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, or policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks to guide customers effectively.
• Arrive in uniform, on time, and ready for each shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
