You’ll work with a supportive crew, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to a premium guest experience. The role requires a valid driver’s license, availability for 2nd/3rd shifts or weekends, and the ability to handle cash and basic transactions.

Qualifications

• Require a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. must be provided if hired.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to handle cash and basic math, read memos and emails.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our promise by resolving client requests and concerns, and communicating proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking it and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks for a seamless experience.
• Maintain a clean, complete uniform during shifts.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
