Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, proactively communicating, and finding solutions to problems.
• Inspect vehicles before parking, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways for seamless customer transportation.
• Arrive in a clean uniform, on time, and prepared for your shift.
• Maintain uniform throughout the shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission vehicle is a plus.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. with valid documentation.
• Good communication skills and professionalism in handling customer interactions.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math involving US currency.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt calmly to changing situations.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, handle cash and equipment, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $20.00/hour plus tips. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
