Job summary

Omni Hotels is seeking a courteous valet to park and retrieve guests’ vehicles, assist with luggage, and support doorperson services. The role emphasizes safety, promptness, and impeccable guest interactions at the hotel entrance.

The position requires standing for extended periods, ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Candidates must be 18+ with a valid license and clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia driver's license.
• Excellent driving record.
• Ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate in basic English.
• Stand for 8 hours and walk/run in a fast pace.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather including rain, snow, wind, and extreme heat.
• Varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the hotel.
• Must be willing to subject to a drug screen and MVR background check.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must be 18 years old or older.

• Greet guests with attention and open doors when possible.
• Assist in front drive activities as directed by Doorpersons.

• Park guests' vehicles.
• Retrieve guests' vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage when necessary.
• Urgently assists Doorpersons in greeting our guests with undivided attention and open doors whenever possible.
• Assist in front drive activities as directed by Doorpersons.
• Other duties as assigned.
