Job summary

Valet Park of America is seeking a Valet Attendant to join our Mount Snow team in West Dover, VT. This full-time role offers day or evening shifts, with the possibility of 2, 3, or 5 shifts per week, and a base hourly rate plus tips.

You will greet guests, park vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide first-class customer service outdoors in variable weather. Requirements include a valid Class D license, clean driving record, and ability to lift items; training will precede start.

Qualifications

• Have your own transportation (driving experience)
• Have experience working in customer service
• Be over the age of 18 (due to laws about operating heavy machinery)
• License(s) required – The general Valet Attendant position requires a valid Class D license to operate a motor vehicle. This license must have been held for at least one year prior to applying.
• A driving record will be required at the time of application, and it must be approved for the applicant to be considered for a position. The Class D license must be kept in good standing for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and valet park vehicles, provide luggage service and assist guests with related requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure quality guest service.
• Maintain a high standard of appearance and customer service in all interactions.
