Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years of business experience or equivalent.
• Positive, friendly attitude and customer service mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, drug test, and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and escort to service lounge.
• Park and retrieve service vehicles.
• Notify ASM if client is waiting.
• Keep service drive clear of vehicles.
• Assist with transferring luggage or packages.
• Assist technicians moving vehicles.
• Report any vehicle damage to management.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
