Job Description

Responsible for ensuring accurate billing for guest vehicles while providing excellent customer service and a positive experience to all guests. This position does not involve cash handling.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all cashiering responsibilities.
  • Complete and maintain parking garage forms.
  • Post parking charges to the Opera system.
  • Manage and control guest keys.
  • Create and maintain inventory records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience is required, with hospitality experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability is required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, even in inclement weather.
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the hotel.
