Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with courtesy and provide outstanding service.
• Park and retrieve cars carefully, greet customers by name, and develop rapport.
• Collect parking fees and provide correct change.
• Understand different types of parkers and direct traffic to maintain flow.
• Complete the daily report and assist in peak entry/exit staffing.
• Communicate with management and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
