Lexus of Stevens Creek, part of Penske Motor Group LLC, is seeking an entry level Valet Car Wash position on-site in San Jose, CA. The role pays a base hourly wage of $20 and supports the sales team with a positive, guest‑focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English.
• Good public interaction and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wash exterior of vehicles after service or sale.
• Ensure vehicles are clean before delivery to guests.
• Maintain orderly appearance of finished vehicles on the lot.
• Ensure traffic flow through the wash rack is smooth and efficient.
• Keep tools in good working condition and assist in other areas as needed.
• Follow safety policies and maintain high ethical standards.
