Job summary

North Park Lexus at Dominion is seeking a Service Valet / Porter for full- and part-time roles. The position involves greeting clients, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting service staff on the lot to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients and escorts client to appropriate team member.
• Parks cars in designated areas with care.
• Retrieves cars for clients on request.
• Finds and installs license plates as needed.
• Notifies Assistant Service Manager or Estimator if a client is waiting.
• Keeps service drive free of vehicles and debris.
• Maintains adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
• Helps clients transfer luggage or packages between cars.
• Assists technicians in moving inoperable vehicles.
• Alerts Manager to any damage to clients’ vehicles.
• Attends department meetings.
