Job summary

Propark Mobility in Guilford, CT is hiring for a Parking Valet Captain. The role is full-time, pays $17.00–$18.00 per hour, and involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely, and explaining rates. Shifts run mornings, with a requirement of a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.

Expect active work outdoors, possible light cleaning tasks, and a strong customer-service focus. Applicants should be energetic, friendly, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Energetic, outgoing and able to stand, walk, and carry items up to 50lbs.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, friendly and professional.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and helps resolve customer issues positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and guide guests to retrieve self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance and provide excellent customer interaction.
• Be active outside most of the day, including standing and walking; assist with tasks up to 50lbs.
• May be asked to perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks or special projects.
