The Role of the Bell/Valet Attendant

The bell/valet attendant plays an essential role is setting the stage for our guests expectations. As the first \"face\" our guests see, they are ambassadors for our guest service.

The bell/valet attendants greet our guest, visitors and patrons with a smile. They provide quality service to our guests that exceeds their expectations and anticipate our guests needs. They always maintain a polite, friendly, professional demeanor. They are responsible for delivering guest's luggage, obtaining taxi cabs, and retrieving guest's vehicles. They deliver laundry to guest's rooms and deliver newspapers. They ensure the front area is clean, neat and presentable.

Ideal Candidate

has previous valet experience in a high end hotel environment. A clean driving record, the ability to drive manual transmission and must be 21 or over for insurance purposes. Ability to walk up and down stairs, carry luggage and push bell carts.
