Join our team as a Valet Attendant at Parking Management Company. We are hiring for both day and overnight shifts, offering daily cash tips and competitive pay.

Position Details

• Reports to: Guest Service Coordinator
• Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time
• Status: Non-Exempt
• Compensation: $7.25 - $18.00/hr + tips (vary by market and performance)

Job Summary

The Guest Service Associate provides excellent customer service by safely parking and retrieving vehicles, creating a positive guest experience while adhering to safety and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damage and record details
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely following procedures
• Manage traffic flow and assist guests courteously
• Maintain cleanliness of the valet area
• Handle guest concerns professionally and support team efforts
• Adhere to attendance, uniform, and safety policies
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to run/jog and lift up to 50 lbs
