Seventh Dimension LLC is seeking a Valet Attendant for the VA Medical Center in St. Louis, MO. This role supports veterans and visitors by parking and retrieving vehicles and assisting with mobility as needed.

Strong customer service, safety awareness, and timely service are essential. Responsibilities include guiding drivers, arranging wheelchairs when requested, maintaining clean, safe staging areas, and monitoring for suspicious activity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Valid U.S. driver's license (MO) with at least two years driving experience.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Pass 5-panel drug testing clearance.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Clean DMV driving history.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Veteran patients who request help in exiting or entering their vehicle.
• If requested on arrival, retrieve VA provided wheelchairs or remove VA patient's wheelchair from the vehicle and assist into the wheelchair.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of valet staging and parking areas.
• Park or retrieve VA patient vehicles within ten (10) minutes of arrival or request for retrieval.
• Ensure only Veteran patients, or the STL VAMC defined exceptions, park in designated valet parking areas.
• Provide self-parking directions to visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Monitor / report suspicious people, incidents, and / or hazardous situations in the valet staging / parking areas to the on-duty Valet Manager and VA Police.
• Safely parking and retrieving valet parking eligible vehicles
• Providing instructions to valet-parked vehicle drivers on how to check and claim their valet-parked vehicles.
