SP Plus Corporation in Miami, FL is seeking a Valet Attendant to deliver proactive guest service and safe vehicle handling in a fast-paced parking environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a manual transmission, flexible shifts including weekends, and reliability. Pay is $16.00 per hour with listed benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is a MUST.
• License: A valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Skills: Ability to drive a manual transmission is a strong plus.
• Availability: Flexible schedule to work special shifts including 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Communication: Read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
• Eligibility: Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired.
• Adaptability: Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events.

• Immediately report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
• Arrive on time for every scheduled shift, ready to work.
• Maintain a clean, complete uniform for the entire duration of your shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth operation.

Shift: Flexible, with a strong preference for candidates who are open to working from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including weekends

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Communication

What You’ll Need:

• Adaptability: Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events.

Physical Demands:

• Active Role: Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment for long periods.

• Movement:

• Strength: Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

• Safety: Must remain alert and professional while working in a fast‑paced environment.
