Are you a Customer Service Super Star? We need big stars like you! Join our award-winning team at Texican Court, located in Irving, TX. Our hotel is a community pillar, offering modern design and classic character. We seek outstanding talent to provide exceptional guest service and go above and beyond.

Essential Duties & Functions
  • Manage the flow of cars, greet guests, and open doors.
  • Park vehicles, assess for damage, and fill out parking tickets accurately.
  • Maintain key logs, assist guests with directions, and ensure safety of vehicles.
  • Handle guest luggage, deliver packages, and assist with transportation.
  • Provide information on hotel amenities and local points of interest.
  • Inspect guest rooms upon arrival, deliver belongings, and perform errands.
  • Call taxis, escort guests, and maintain attendance and appearance standards.
Basic Requirements
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Ability to handle luggage and physical tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and calmness under pressure.
Physical & Working Environment
  • Stand/walk for 8 hours, handle luggage, and work outdoors/in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
  • Experience in hotel operations or customer service preferred.
  • Effective communication, multitasking, and patience skills.
  • Proficiency with computer programs.
