Position: Valet Attendant
Shift Times: FLEXIBLE

Hourly Pay: $15.00 Hourly Plus Tips

The Valet Attendant ensures the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. The Valet Attendant is responsible for responding quickly to customers’ requests and providing caring interactions with all guests at their assigned location. The Valet Attendant works closely with fellow team members, Operation Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that quality and safety standards are met at all times as well as adhering to state and local laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize and coordinate valet process from start to finish, including retrieving keys, vehicles, loading, and issuing tickets or entering customer info electronically.
• Build rapport with customers, address inquiries, and provide directions to ensure customer success and retention.
• Act as a courteous brand ambassador by interfacing with guests, opening vehicle doors, and unloading vehicles.
• Implement safety procedures: direct traffic, barricade, park vehicles, inspect for damage, and report incidents.
• Handle financial operations: request and collect fees, reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
• Greet guests, assist with unloading luggage, and respond courteously to inquiries.
• Retrieve and park vehicles safely, record vehicle details accurately.
• Assist guests with loading luggage, respond to inquiries, and provide directions.
• Manage traffic, barricades, towing, and incident reporting as needed.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and team members.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to learn quickly.
• Physical ability to move between stations, sometimes for extended periods.
• Previous valet experience preferred.
