SP+ is hiring a Valet Attendant at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne. This role pays $11/hour day shifts and $15/hour overnight plus tips, with full SunPass reimbursement after 30 days and meals provided on every shift.

You will greet guests, assist with directions, and manage vehicle parking in a fast-paced luxury environment. You must have valet experience, a valid Florida driver's license, and the ability to drive a manual transmission.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is a MUST.
• License: A valid state driver's license with a current address.
• Skills: Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Availability: Flexible schedule including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends.

Pay rate:

• Day Shift: $11.00/hr + tips
• Overnight Shift: $15.00/hr + tips

1. Guest Experience & Communication
   • Proactive Service: Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, finding creative ways to solve any problems that arise.
   • Expert Guidance: Maintain a strong knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist guests with directions.
   • Transparency: Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to all customers.
2. Vehicle Safety & Operations
   • Inspection: Carefully inspect every vehicle before parking it, noting and reporting any findings.
   • Safe Driving: Strictly observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
   • Incident Reporting: Immediately report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management
3. Professional Standards
   • Reliability: Arrive on time for every scheduled shift, ready to work.
   • Appearance: Maintain a clean, complete uniform for the entire duration of your shift.
   • Team Support: Assist management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is a MUST.
• License: A valid state driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Skills: Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a strong plus!
• Availability: Flexible schedule to work special shifts as needed, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends.
• Communication: Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
• Math: Basic ability to handle U.S. currency (adding/subtracting) and comprehend instructions or memos.
• Eligibility: Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired.
• Adaptability: Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events.

Physical Demands

• Active Role: Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment for long periods.
• Movement: Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
• Strength: Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Safety: Must remain alert and professional while working in a fast-paced environment.
