The Spirit of the Position:

A LAZ Valet Parking Attendant is crucial to our success. You are the first and last person our clients see, so a warm welcome, a friendly smile, and professionalism are essential.

What Will I Do?
  • Direct traffic to maintain a smooth flow of cars with a friendly attitude.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, greeting by name and assisting with their needs.
  • Turn off cars, remove keys, and provide valet tickets and retrieval instructions.
  • Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and carefully.
  • Work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating a self-reliant attitude.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations by being friendly, helpful, and proactive.
You Are:
  • Charismatic, energetic, and helpful.
  • Responsible and dependable.
  • Experienced in hospitality or related fields preferred.
  • A good driver with a clean driving record, able to drive manual transmission.
  • Capable of handling pressure and chaos with composure.
  • Effective communicator in English.
  • A team player willing to motivate and support colleagues.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Parking or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds.
  • Stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
  • Frequently bend, stoop, squat, and lift.
