Compensation: We offer competitive, fair, and commensurate pay. The hourly rate ranges from $17.50 to $18.50, with a $0.50 shift differential for second shift at the emergency department entrance.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7AM - 11AM and 5PM - 9PM.
Benefits: Employees can enroll in accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification, employment length, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for these benefits.

Qualifications
Work Experience: Minimum of 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience.
Knowledge: Principles of customer service.
Skills: Proficiency in English reading and writing; effective communication; basic math; understanding of 24-hour time; operating manual transmission is a plus.
Authority to Act: Routine tasks following established procedures, with decisions within operational guidelines. Errors may affect department efficiency.
Budget Responsibility: Control over resources only.
Requires talking, hearing, sitting, standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and vision abilities. May involve exerting significant force and outdoor work in extreme weather. Travel up to 5% possible.
