Valet Attendant (Overnight/Weekend Availability Required)

Join Wynn Resorts as a Valet Attendant and be responsible for managing vehicle ingress and egress, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety standards. This role requires overnight and weekend availability.

Company Overview

Encore Boston Harbor features 210,000 sq ft of gaming space, over 3,000 slot machines, 240 table games, 671 hotel rooms, a spa, retail shops, dining venues, and extensive event spaces. Located on the Mystic River, it is the largest private development in Massachusetts.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold company values and standards.
• Participate in departmental goals, policies, and procedures; monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and thoroughness in all tasks.
• Enforce internal policies, laws, and regulations.
• Provide excellent service to guests and team members.
• Communicate best practices and stay informed of departmental updates.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Follow security and validation procedures to access vehicles.
• Operate both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Follow cash handling and safety procedures.
• Maintain industry knowledge through ongoing training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
• Obtain and maintain Massachusetts Gaming Commission registration/license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality or related experience is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and attention to detail skills.

Skills and Physical Demands

• Ability to read, interpret documents, and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills and report analysis.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks.
• Visual acuity and ability to work in various weather conditions and heights.

Work Environment
