Position Overview

The Valet Attendant provides excellent customer service by safely parking and retrieving vehicles, creating a positive guest experience while adhering to safety and company procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Inspect vehicles for damage and record details.
2. Safely park and retrieve vehicles, following safety guidelines.
3. Manage shift clock-ins/outs and report tips accurately.
4. Maintain a clean and organized valet area.
5. Handle guest concerns professionally and support team environment.
6. Arrive punctually in uniform, follow company policies.
7. Assist with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
