Position Details

• Reports directly to: Guest Service Coordinator
• Schedule: Full Time / Part-Time
• Status: Non-Exempt
• Compensation: $7.25 - $18.00 per hour PLUS daily Cash Tips
  

Position Summary: The Valet Attendant provides excellent customer service by safely parking and retrieving vehicles, creating a positive guest experience while following safety and company procedures.

Primary Objective: To deliver friendly, efficient, and safe valet services, ensuring the security of guest vehicles, greeting guests, managing traffic flow, and answering questions professionally.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles, following safety guidelines.
• Clock in/out on time, report tips accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area.
• Handle guest concerns politely, support team environment.
• Arrive on time, in uniform, ready to work, following all policies.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record.
• Pass background check.
