Job summary

AAA Parking in St. Louis Union Station is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant to greet guests, help with luggage, and provide information about local attractions. This position offers an opportunity to deliver exceptional guest service in a dynamic hotel environment.

As part of the AAA Parking team, you will park and retrieve vehicles, maintain keys securely, and uphold a polished appearance and professional demeanor during shifts that include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous valet, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely, including manual transmissions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift luggage outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome arriving and departing guests.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors and assist guests with coats and luggage.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain a safe, organized valet area and properly secure keys.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and courteously.
• Represent AAA Parking professionally and maintain a polished appearance.
• Be a team player by coordinating with hotel staff and fellow teammates.
