Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant to warmly greet arriving guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide quick directions around the property.

This role offers flexible shifts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with ample tipping potential; candidates should have a clean driving record, be at least 18, and be available on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is helpful.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Excellent driving record verified by a motor vehicle report.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Good with numbers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Clean criminal background.
• Available weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Extend a genuinely friendly welcome to arriving guests.
• Carefully and efficiently park, secure, and retrieve vehicles.
• Respond helpfully to guest questions about the property, getting around and nearby happenings.
• Graciously assist guests with issues arising out of the parking experience.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Be a team player.
